As far as I know, fine. They had an issue with a box truck that was dropping off supplies taking out the cap on the back property septic tank that caused a bit of problems. But other than that, nothing of note.

I think you might be being a bit selective about work. I love my work. Even reading shit material and having to do write-ups on it has it's own pleasure. The women I work with love their work (including my high powered, paperwork doing female boss). Other women in my field seem to love the work just as much as the men. Everyone is more or less happy to be doing it at every level. This goes from the PA's all the way to the Network executives.
