FWIW, that Canadian ET reviewer who got famous for ripping TLJ to shreds liked this.
The overall sense I'm getting is that it's an above average heist movie containing Star Wars things...there's very little that's blatantly garbage, very little that's truly great. Maybe it'll be one of those movies that's good to have on in the background during a lazy Sunday.

They aren't getting nearly the money they used to from me. I contributed one movie ticket to TLJ, which remains the only Star Wars movie I haven't bothered to watch multiple times. I haven't even bought the Blu Ray, and I own the fucking Phantom Menace on VHS, DVD and Blu Ray. Star Wars as I knew it has been over for 35 years.
And they aren't going to learn. It's porn at this point, and they know it. Go beat off to Chewie and Star Destroyers being filmed from new and exciting angles, feel bad about it for a minute, then move on with your life.

Figure with $250m production budget and $300m marketing budget the movie has to make at least $300m domestic and $300m intl to break even, I don't think it'll really have a tough time with that.
