I don't recall Connery being a really tough James Bond, more serious yes but not Daniel Craig Bond tough.

After the last couple movies I wouldn't mind seeing Bond being an invincible killing and sneaking machine in this one who has everything under control at all times.

So James Bond is strictly inferior to John Wick?
See, whole-movie-wise I agree with that statement. But as far as murder machines go, Equalizer (I forget his name >.>) was clearly way closer to godmode. The only time he got close to hurt was in the single worst 2 minutes of the whole movie which should have been done differently anyway.

Yeah, who really wants that and can't they get that elsewhere? I much prefer the Craig Bond to anything since Connery. These guys are agents and human. I like the story of what breaks them. I dont want some cool but cheezy as fuck godmode super agent for 30+ movies. Go watch Taken 50 if you want that kind of stupid shit. Craig can be sophisticated, brutal, suave, etc. based off the needs of the moment. He isn't perfect and loses a lot but wins the war. The last few movies outside of Quantum have been far superior to most of the drek on the market.

Jew Hunter(i forget his name) is looking pretty old in the tooth, but from his pedigree, top 5 Bond Villian already? who wants to name the other 4.

I've enjoyed Craig a lot but this has to be the last movie he can really pull off. He was a perfect casting to me (blonde hair and blue eyes and all) in CR, but at this point he's nearly fifty and its really showing. Is he still under contract after this? I think there should be another soft reboot with a new actor, as much as I'd worry the quality would sink.

Trailer looks promising, hard to say for sure of course. I actually didn't mind QoS but both that and Skyfall had flaws. Overall its been a nice sold reboot to the franchise, hopefully this one is second best after CR.
