No shit, who plays BF singleplayer, 5% of the people who buy it? If they stopped wasting time on that crap and put out 20-30 maps at release instead of 10 I doubt anyone would complain.
They would when they would launch with 5 maps and charge $5.99 or $60 for a season pass for all the others.

Its battlefield?

And this is exactly the dumbshit you get with "too complicated to mod" aka we want to be gatekeepers of content so we can charge you out the ass for shit content(see Hardline, BF Premium).

Why oh why the fuck cant developers/publishers see modding is the easiest way to insure successes and long lasting popularity of your game? For christ sakes youve had mods create entire new genres of video games(dota) that became more popular than the fucking game it was a mod for.
FTW.

I'm not saying they should make a single player campaign. But I think 60 fucking dollars is ridiculous for a game without one.

Multiplayer only games should top out at 40 dollars. Less if they're going to have a bunch of fucking microtransaction bullshit. That should be like a gamer rule or something.

Possible exception for Buy2Play MMOs that have an entire game's worth of solo content like GW2.
I'm going to disagree. I rarely play SP of these types of games and if I do its maybe 5-10 hours out of the 100s I put into them. So doesn't matter to me what type of content, when it comes to price. All that matters, at least to me, is hours of enjoyment I will get out of any game and is it worth the asking price for those hours, 95% of time it is.

As for this, most likely a buy for me. I will get to try it before spending the cash, but I loved the first two so I don't see me not liking this.

Including playable "heroes" is a terrible decision. I hated that in Battlefront 2.

Also, there better be cloud city.

I pre-ordered anyway :/

I looked at that hoping it was $350. Soft now.
Can get the 'kit with completed helmet' for $350

Kit Details

Comes with the completed helmet, holster, belt, neck seal, gloves and two-piece arming (body) suit.
Armor pieces that require trimming, clean-up and physical assembly.
Features basic instructions for assembly.
Basic webbing suite for mounting of armor pieces to arming suit.
Please note that build times and difficultly levels vary between users, and as such there isn't a definitive "baseline", as that baseline is always in flux. New builders to full-size armor kits will likely take longer (and likely have to invest more time and money beyond the initial investment) than those who have previous experience in building full-body armor kits.

Don't give two shits about CoD type games so this is disappointing to me.

Fuck Bioware. Their stories suck and are all the same
The problem with Bioware game is the development process that causes them to develop the entire middle of each game as a bunch of separate modules that don't connect in any way mechanically or narratively.

I think their stories have gotten better, but their plot structures are all identical because of that process.

Playable heroes? How's that going to work? Dozens of Han Solo's and Boba Fett's flying all over? lol.

I pretty much always wanted AT-AT's to be attached to rails. I couldn't have dreamed up a better solution than that in my mind.

AT-AT's are slow as fuck. Maybe this way you don't have to sacrifice one player to "pilot" them.
