Interesting from the new footage.

Seems to confirm Ren stopping because he has no interest in killing his sister, which is what the leak said happened. Only thing is, it doesn't look to happen during Finn's fight, as they are in a lush green scene when Ren has the saber on her, but Finn's fighting in the snow. Hmm

Looks like Rey does not know BB-8 until it(she) shows up. There was the spoiler theory that BB-8 shows up on Jakku with Poe.

Not saying these guys are evil or anything but really surprised they went through with this gesture. Really cool they granted the wish but what shocks me is the fact they allowed others in the family to screen it. Kudos to them. I guess the family is under massive NDA but good for them.

I think the trailer really confirmed theMSW plot line.(Warning it is a total spoiler--I read it because I don't really care about spoilers)

However, everything in that trailer, from the flame thrower attack, to the jungle planet (With Kylo Ren finding Rey), to her meeting BB8...Is all confirmed by the trailer. Poor Han. Killed by his own son, I was kind of hoping Kylo somehow "accidentally" killed him, like a power struggle gone bad. Straight up cold blooded murders him doesn't leave a lot of room for any kind of redemption arc. But maybe we'll find out Kylo blames Han for some horrible thing that happened to their family, since it seems like somehow Han and Leia split up and lost their children. If Kylo was found by the First Order and tortured/corrupted, it could really explain him having a huge chip on his shoulder for his father.

Now imagine Disney having to sue the fuck out of a terminally ill cancer patient/family for breaking NDA. Some risky ass shit right there but a really awesome move on their part. Good on them.
