Once you get past the first season of Clone Wars it's extremely good, plus it's picking back up in.... Feb? Rebels also takes a few episodes to find its footing but also really good. Never bothered with the new show, heard it wasn't terrible but it's related to the new trilogy so fuck it.

The first Rebels season had a deliberately timed split with the usual holidays break and Episode 7 release, before that was the intro while after that they started bringing in the wider Star Wars universe with appearances by Yoda, Lando, Tarkin, and introduced the inquisitors.
I watched all of Clone Wars and Rebels, haven't watched a single episode of the newest show. As Fadaar said it was for the new trilogy and we know from Last Jedi that's going nowhere important.

The merch came out today for Triple Force Friday, but had a devil of a time finding anything in stores. Finally managed to score the figures I wanted (Sith Trooper, Knight of Ren and my boy Poe) at the only Target in the area that actually had put their stock out on the shelves.

its definitely not going to be "shut up and take my money!" tier, its going to be "ahh another star wars movie, the last one sucked, i think i might wait and see the reviews for it first" level of hesitancy. of course there will always be the diehards who will still sperg out over it.

I think TLJ is one of the worst movies made in the last decade, and I honestly barely give a shit about Star Wars in general, but I still feel compelled to see the last one!

If I don't know how bad it is, I can't make fun of the one or two friends in the group who actually liked the movie?! Not to mention all in total, we are near 15,000 posts on Star Wars movies on this forum. Can't miss that retardation of the next 10,000. Plus, the payoff is probably worth it? If it's good? Wow, that's a surprise. If it's bad, there is the cathartic feeling of yelling at retards who actually liked TLJ etc.
Like Pantheon, this is the gift that keeps giving. Not because it's actually enjoyable.
