Yeah like I said, the reason I installed that mod is because I know there won't be anything useful in that fucking locker that is randomly locked and I clicked E too fast and now I've wasted a digipick if I back out, and I was just hoping to do a quick loot grab of the room and not waste too much time.
On an entirely different subject, one of the highlights of the game so far has been randomly running into my parents at weird places. It was great running the quest in the Aurora Lounge and seeing the subtitle of my Dad saying something like, "Oh God, what are the odds? Don't look, maybe he won't notice us." Some of the people working on this game clearly had some passion, while others (like the entire UI team and the ladder team) obviously just fucked off until the last minute.
On yet another subject, I thought that the outpost ship builder was supposed to have most parts? I realize some are level locked, but I don't think habs are, and it doesn't have shit for what I want, so now I'm going to have to run all over and just Frankenstein parts onto my ship until I get the ones I want for the final build? That sure sounds fun! That, and not being able to actually see what they look like inside (and all the countless variations) until you actually buy one and install one is fucking retarded. I love the concept of shipbuilding, but come on, did no one on the team try to make a ship and think, "I wonder what this piece I'm randomly installing looks like compared to Variant B that I can choose?" I sort of get making you travel all over for parts, but at some point in the game it should just unlock for you or something. Unless it does and I'm just not aware of it.
