Bruce JennerWhat am I missing who is that?
The george costanza was great though.
Another thing about companions I'm testing right now... they kill steal BADLY. At first I thought it was just if I didn't shoot at all, but after trying to just tap them and let Sarah do the work with infinite ammo on a high dps gun that doesn't seem to work either. Tested further and even if I do all but a sliver of damage to the enemy, it's still really inconsistent. Sometimes I get xp, sometimes I don't. Maybe she's doing a single big hit that outdamages me even though it's overkill?
Yes, Bethesda are NOTORIOUS for updating their shit games and not just letting the mod community do it. Good cope.It seems a lot of people are comparing vanilla/just released Starfield to games that have been out for 5-10 years with extensive modding already done, DLC, etc., on top of having expectations that never really lined up with what they said. NMS was trash for years, Elite Dangerous is boring as hell after a little bit, X4 is great but completely different than this and too complex for most gamers (I could see some mods inspired by X4 though for sure). Unmodded Skyrim is terrible compared to a nicely modded Skyrim at this point, completely different games really. I just keep getting the sense that some people WANT to dislike Starfield, and they've been looking for all sorts of reasons to say its bad (and many haven't even played it themselves).
Maximum theft is how I'll be playing too.Lmao - bethesda games really do let you go full RPG and at times, it's incredibly cool. Got to Neon, spent the next hours (all day to be fair) smuggling and running drugs, bought a shitty apartment next to my drug empire and am now setting up a base on a distant planet to keep my small burgeoning drug empire functioning while I'm off site robbing casino's. 20 hours in, there's a metric ton of shit to do all catering to different playstyles. Main story is pretty good, but I've completely shelved it for now focusing on extracting/ship thievery/hallucigenics etc.
it gets good after 20 hours i hear!
To be honest it lacks the humor and coolness what made Fallout Fallout. It has some moments but it takes itself very serious NASA meets diversity and stuff at times. Is this game basically Fallout 4 in space? That is what I want it to be, at a minimum, and would be quite happy if that is what I got.
Somewhere between Fallout 4 in space and Outer Worlds 1.5, with almost all attempts to be comedic removed. At least there's one thing I can say is a refreshing change from BG3...Is this game basically Fallout 4 in space?
Not the game. Based on past experiences with weird PC and sound system noises I would definitely go with some kind of issue there.is there meant to be a background hum/buzz on certain menu screens?
My new PC has significant coil whine/buzz when watching movies because I have two amps in my sound system, the second of which is running in HT bypass mode which puts the second amp at full level. So I'm not sure if the buzz/hum is coming from that or the game
