I'm really enjoying OverLord still. This latest episode where he expressed his disappointment with the Wise Creature of the Woods was great. He said he could do rank 8 spells, right? This episode said that normal humans can only cast level 5 tops.

It's been mentioned that normal humans could hope to reach third tier magic while heroes can use fifth tier spells. I don't remember Oown saying he could cast eighth tier.

if I remember correctly, the heart exploding spell he used was a 9th level spell.

Yeah, he mentions early on that his favorite spell is 9th level, and that the highest the "npcs" were using was quite a bit lower.

Currently still loving Overlord, Gansta (holy shit best of season), Rokka, and Shokugeki. Best stuff ever.

Gate has a great episode today, the main character is such a mellow badass, lol...with an ex-wife. Next episode should be great.

Gate is a damn good show. I loved how the goddess chick talked down to the committee member that was trying to further her own agenda. I really wish there was more of that in real life.

Gate is the most fun I can remember having watching an anime. It makes me laugh so much. I never would have thought something could upstage Souma this season, but it has.

I think I like Gangsta because of its setting and the pacing of the series so far, each episode moves the story along very well, more so than all the other series this season, imo. Has anyone continued to watch World Trigger? I didn't think much of it when it started up, but it has gotten really good, one of the better shows for sure.

I couldn't get past 5 episodes. Turned out good eh?

Yeah I'm still watching it. The invasion was awesome but the new in-house tournament they have going now is even better I think.

They seem to be building up to the main characters invading the neighbourhood, but who knows how many episodes that will be in the future. I think they want to make this the next Naruto/One Piece with how long it's going to run.

It really is a bit painful to watch week to week though. If you let it build up and watch it all at once (I binged the first 25 episodes or so) it's far more tolerable.

I like World Trigger a lot. The story and setting has room for a lot of potential and the invasion arc was fantastic. Even the filler "power up" episodes that are going on right now are entertaining and serve a purpose. It's not unlike Hunter X Hunter (before the beginning of the Chimaera Ant arc anyway)

so far this season- just started shougueki (the cooking show)- like it so far, but i have read the manga so i know -essentially- everything that is going to happen.

are the ones i am watching.

gangsta and gate are my top 2 this year.. since they are different genre's it is hard to say which i like more.

Ever since watching Cowboy Bebop however many years ago, Ein the Corgi has stuck in my head. Something about that damn dog was always great in the show.

Anyway, today one of my customers dropped by our office to talk about a part, and sure enough, he brought a Corgi with him. He said that the name is Kiki, but I couldn't help myself calling it Ein.
