I would rather have them go with Cameron's original ideas and send another t-800 to go against another t-800 instead of another advance crazy terminator to make it more balanced ect. this is going to be the 3 movie of just showing a more advanced terminator without having any heart or depth

I dont get why its so hard to get this done right. They have murder robots, they have a global war in the future between humans and machines.... Do you really need more to make an epic popcorn movie with blood, violence and lazors?

No need for complicated relationship crap, no need for time-jumping! Just lazors, murder robots and war! We already know the backstory, we dont need to see that again.

I always wanted to see a good colonial marines movie sans Weaver, just a straight up "we know there are Aliens now and we're going down to fuck them up" and the mayhem ensues.

Remake of Alien?! Do you mean the alien clusterfuck 3 and teen slasher in space aka Prometheus? Really is an insult to say they were trying to remake the masterpiece called Alien.
Aliens is what it is (another masterpiece) and I don't think there is the necessity to make a similar movie because of.....Aliens

yes, they can even get Paul Verhoeven to direct it. call it something like Starship Troopers

Yeah and ironically the only way to make it 'interesting' is to have the plot be very much like Starship Troopers, meaning we go in all over confident, underestimate the bugs, get our asses kicked, and have to come up with a new plan.
