Awesome landing, historic really. The whole tower catch landing always sounded like a far out idea but I guess if it's stupid but it works, it's not stupid.

re-entry now, getting a live-view of plasma in a falling space ship is crazy.

Just went through max re-entry, looking clean so far.....

The opalascence of the stainless steel wing is neat

This was my attempt at shooting the Comet 2023/ A3. It's with a cell phone so sorry for advance on the shitty quality. The brighter of the 2 is my cell phone in night mode. Seestar will not track it so I cannot stack , bummer but it is what it is. This is 100% totally worth looking for.

Yeah, was rad seeing the comet tonight. This is from within the Las Vegas valley, from a random neighborhood on the northwest side, so looking away from the Strip. Taken with a Pixel 9 Fold.

Yeah, that's Mt. Charleston. I never learned the peaks or anything but looking in that direction from this neighborhood.

Crazy thought for us all : Millennials did this, maybe they aren't all useless after all.
Another reason for me to feel old: Looking at the videos of the SpaceX engineers they look so young. Lots of Gen Z in those crowds and you know those are the people pulling 80 hour weeks in critical parts of projects like I did ten years ago while millenials are having kids and getting relaxed roles (likely outside of SpaceX) like I am now.
