When it comes to the free games every month. Do you have to delete them after the 1 month? Do you get to keep them indefinitely? Thanks.

You keep them indefinitely as long as you are subscribed. If you are not subscribed you cannot use them, however if you resubscribe you can use them again.

I doubt it is for PS4. More like just a MASSIVE interest in the system. Sony might be intentionally withholding a % of systems for the Christmas shoppers.
