Let's go with the facts first. These facts are all about Xbox One. Microsoft rather ballsally showed off the XBone with the assumption that all of the current xbox 360 addicts would pledge their soul to MS just to have one. That line didn't really work out that well, so they began the great back pedal of '13.

Next thing we know, Microsoft is kicking out the boss. The spot is ready for taking if just such an individual were to appear.

Finally, the Xbox, despite all of it's backpedals, is STILL having a release shortage.

All of the above statements seem similar to another big US company. One that happens to rival MS directly for their bread and butter.
My conclusion that APPLE is somehow in control of Microsoft. While Steve Jobs has died, maybe they pulled this Ray Kurzweld theory into existence where a computer program is now Jobs and is using his knowledge of everything to take over computers for everyone.

Robo-Jobs will be the new CEO of Microsoft, while also still having a hand in Apple.
It just makes so much sense. MS has been doing nothing but apple type strategys this console release, and it shows.

Ambien, good god that shit scares me. Last time I took some I ended up sitting in the middle of my living room naked smoking 4 cigs at once. I quit smoking years ago. No idea where I got them.

Actually, it is an Xbone feature.

Shortly after Playstation said that in a twitter post, Microsoft quickly was like "us too!"

So yeah, it's for both systems.

How can it be a "us too" when the Xbox slim has had this feature for years now? Even the standard 360 can do it but you have to leave the console on. Seeing how the PS3 also has this feature this is more a no brainer for the new consoles to have. I'm surprise this became news when back in February Sony said this feature would also be in the PS4 which probably caused people to asked Marc Whitten about the feature. Of course he responded but I can't help think he's shaking his head saying "we told you this shit months ago".

I will give Sony credit. They know people have terrible memory spans and confirming old information in a tweet to make it look new has worked out great. It's like they took a stat from the Apple play book. USB port on the new Ipad, fuck yeah new tech!

So I read an email from someone who works for the same company I do saying his Microsoft points expired or some shit? Said he got no notice just logged in after a long break and they were gone. Called support and they confirmed that is the policy. So basically Microsoft stole his cash because he didnt use them timely enough. Fuck Microsoft. Talk about getting XBoned.

I am surprised they did not change to another point system and then change to a new one every four months...MS points, MS coins, MS bucks, MS tokens, MS currency, etc.... just be sure they can only be bought in multiples of 100 and that all prices end in 90. A great business plan!

EDIT: Especially because it's money they don't have to split with the people making the content sold on the store!

I just logged into my XBox & they had converted my points into US currency. So my 5170 points were worth $65. Not sure if your friend just missed that part...

Was gonna say, couldn't imagine they'd not convert it - the conversion might have a small loss attached to it - but couldn't imagine no points transferring.

Not only believed it, but confirmed the nonsense as fact. I'm starting to think this entire thread is some twisted Microsoft grassroots advertisement. "Xbox One, no matter what else happens, at least you won't have to play with these mouthbreathers."

Not sure if I can explain why, but the PS4 controller felt fucking incredible. For whatever reason it felt perfect and exactly how a controller should feel. Well, the touchpad was gimmicky but that's out of the way a bit so it doesn't matter.

The games playable at Pax, however, didn't seem all that mindblowing. They looked good but felt like a small step up rather than the gigantic leap that was the PS2 -> PS3 transition. My favorite game, BY FAR, was Resogun which was a fucking blast. Like super stardust before it, I wouldn't be surprised if I spend a lot more time in that game than most expensive games I buy for the console.

Starting to get pretty frustrated with Microsoft. They force you to buy the Kinect with the Xbox and yet the kinect isn't even ready at launch and won't be working as intended for a while. (in aus) Surely there has to be some sort of fair trading that prevents companies from doing this?

I could cop all the bullshit they have said because at least their product would be working as intended out of the box but this is taking the piss..
