I think someone said it before but the PS4 is losing out because all games are being made cross platform to the lowest common denominator.Assassin's Creed Unity is locked at 900p to "avoid debates and stuff".

This is actually much worse then that. This is nerfing something for the sake of sparing feels. If they developed a game to not take advantage of some superior shader or some shit it's not a big deal. Going out of your way to make something run worse is horseshit.I think someone said it before but the PS4 is losing out because all games are being made cross platform to the lowest common denominator.
I guess I'm precise about when I bother to pull the trigger at all, not seeing any difference in D3:UEE or Destiny thusfar in actual practice - feels a bit different on the touch though going from the wife's controller to mine, but no difference in play quality for me.I have one controller without springs and one with them. The one without, I use as the main controller for my HTPC/Steam box and it is super-sensitive. The lightest touch counts like you're pulling the trigger basically.
Both systems are using the same architecture this time around (They're even more similar to pc's than the last gen), it's just a matter of specsIf I recall, when games first came out on the PS3 that also worked for the Xbox 360, they were noticeably slower and had other graphical issues. The reason is that the PS3 was harder to develop for, and you couldn't just toss a 360 game into a program to have it transfer all the files into PS3 readable format. Why is this generation different, where they are intentionally holding back the stronger console so that the weaker one stands a chance? Why not do it the same way they did for the 360 & PS3? This is dumb.
It usually has nothing to do with me touching it. It's when I set the controller down or rest it on my lap. The one with no springs triggers every time, the 'stock' one doesn't. The actual trigger "feel" is pretty much the same.I guess I'm precise about when I bother to pull the trigger at all, not seeing any difference in D3:UEE or Destiny thusfar in actual practice - feels a bit different on the touch though going from the wife's controller to mine, but no difference in play quality for me.
[Keep in mind though, my hands are as abnormal as they come though - YMMV drastically]
