you can see the list of PS4's attached to your account here, maybe you logged into a friends PS4 or something. you can de-activate secondary ones

i also don't have paypal/credit card on file with sony or microsoft, no trust they won't get hacked (and they have before). instead I buy $50 cards on ebay/best buy/amazon/etc and fill up my wallet as needed. since PSN sales are far and few i really don't spend that much on digital games anyways

Yeah they are horrid. I got tomb raider DE and valiant hearts on xbone which are both great.

I expect nov/Dec may get better.

Little off topic: When are the compensation games supposed to be shipped out for the PSN outage a few years back? That major class action lawsuit. Was curious if someone here knew, don't quite care enough to go actually research it.
