For fellow Canadians:

I was at Futureshop today and they'll price match the Microsoft store online price of $369 for an xbone... comes to $365 with the 10% difference discount.

Gonna wait till tomorrow (in case it drops to $350) and probably pick one up sometime before the 11th.

Diablo and destiny kinda fizzling out. What's the next multi player game coming out? All I see is single player games it seems! I guess cod, but not really interested in fps.

Any racing games on ps4 that have drivatars like Forza? That was a really awesome multiplayer element that made racing against friends pretty fun.

by the way this week best buy has an amazing deal on Gamers Club Unlocked: you can either buy any $40+ game and get it for $30 extra, OR you can buy ANY prepaid cell phone and get it free. There are a ton of $15-20 prepaid cell phones at best buy. Grab the GCU blue card in the gamer area (it looks like a gift/credit card, is blue, and says its good for 2 years) and checkout with it and the phone, giving your address/phone/email at checkout.

GCU gives you 20% off every game, turning every $60 console game into $48. You also get $10 back for pre-ordering some games. It also applies to CEs/LEs/etc. Plus you get 10% more bonus when trading in used games. It pays for itself very quickly, I pretty much have built up $2000+ of credit at best buy with it and buy every single new PS4/xbone game for $35-45, play for 2 weeks, and trade it in for $44. for advanced (read: bored, unemployed) people you can end up making some good profits by taking advantage of margin differences between gamestop/walmart/target/BB and move games around to get free money, but frankly a job at McD will pay more per hour.

dell has already leaked their black friday big deal, they are gonna sell a PS4 bundle with GTA5 and TLOU (both disk copies, not digital) for $399. Pretty damn good deal, basically a PS4 plus two of the best games you can get basically for free.

I'm sure we'll see some more xbox one deals leak soon, Microsoft is pushing really hard this holiday. I think they screwed up though and underproduced Sunset Overdrive bundles, and seem to be pushing the Assassins Creed Unity bundle as their holiday bundle. Shoulda had 3-4 bundles like Forza, Sunset, GTA5, Halo Masterchief so people have a good set of choices. Right now its basically leftovers of Sunset, Madden, or the main stock of Assassins Creed bundles.

newegg is selling Xbone, 12 months XBL, and COD:AW for $380. this is NOT the 1tb AW console that retails for $449, just a one off bundle newegg created

So i guess my warranty is about to expire, should probable try to turn on my PS4 from 'rest' mode soon.

That rest mode needs to be fixed. I have to constantly reboot the system out of hibernation because it loses it's network settings.

Agreed, I simply wont use rest mode atm, its a PITA. but a full shutdown in now my procedure.

europe is gonna be getting injustice and infamous as their jan/feb PS+ titles, dont think they have announced NA yet but hopefully at least infamous makes it. no word yet on driveclub haha (game is a POS anyways)

i was thinking about getting infamous (played through good already) since its on sale for $16 at best buy this week but now i can hold off and do an evil playthrough for free
