No murder weapon. No real motive. No eyewitnesses. Multiple suspects.

The big one to me, is that there are multiple people who could have bee the murderer. That's reasonable doubt IMO.

Was he part of it? Yup. Not sure if he did it personally though.

Was reading an article with some jurors account, one they mentioned that stood out was Kraft's testimony. Hernandez told Kraft he couldn't have murdered him since he was in a club, but to date they still don't have an exact time of death.

They have stated many times that according to Massachusetts joint venture law, they only have to prove he was involved. All parties involved are equally guilty.

The defense admitted he was involved. Their whole case was that he didn't stop them or report it because he was afraid

I have a friend, who is originally from Boston. Three of his buddies come out to visit him last Summer. They were all pretty adamant that Hernandez would beat the charges and be back on the field catching passes from Brady in 2015. After telling them they were all delusional and fucking retarded, they got this crazed look in their eyes like they wanted to go all Aaron Hernandez on me. Glad to see common sense was on my side. Fuckin Boston... ya bunch of morons.

Litterally any person from boston is the worst by default. Louie CK lived there for a bit and he is like the only exception. Mayyyybe Jen Kirkman.

Yeah, because Boston is known for its ability to be impartial when it comes to it's teams. Glad to see this level headed mindset also carries over to mother fucking MURDER.

Peter King currently lives in Boston, not sure if he's from there, and he's just insufferable, no need to list any particular reason. At my last job we had a satellite office in Boston and they were the worst fucking people to work with out of the entire company. My opinion of Bostonites is well formed from personal experience and the posters here aren't doing anything to change my mind.

I'm not from Boston, but I live in Mass. Hernandez did it, but Deflategate is a sham.
I don't think anyone is saying he didn't do it. The main argument is in a court of law did the prosecution have enough to warrant 1st degree? Clearly the jury thought they did.

I hate jury trials ever since I sat on one. Not saying he didn't do it but it is human nature to be biased or feel sentimental which fucks everything up.

In other news though, we picked up anthony spencer and are trying out jennings and some other viks DE I have never heard of (Wootton I think it is). This shit is going to fail hard or work out pretty damn good. Either way they have me intrigued.

Listening to the juror interviews, they actually used a ton of common sense on their decision. They knew they were working with a ton of circumstantial evidence, and put two and two together. They used their individual smarts instead of the collective stupidity.

Like Tenks said. Of course he is guilty. BUT in a court of law is he guilty?

Ok Ill add Bill Simmons..but he is insufferible when a boston team is winning.
Simmons doesn't bother me because he is up front about it. King makes me want to kick puppies though, and the sentiments holds pretty much universally otherwise.

King writes like he's a Bront? sister. he's incapable of writing a column without waxing poetic about the "feeling in the air" or the "frosty first sip of beer". He's like a novelist who writes sports columns... poorly.
