brady can do 4 things right now.

retire (not an option imo)
sue to get the suspension nullified but the timetable it so tight- that in order for the court date to happen he'd HAVE to get an injunction in order for it all to get resolved .
sue- serve the suspension but still continue case that way no matter what week 6 he is playing and if he wins he gets the suspension taken off the official record that he was suspended.
or say fuck it, not sue and serve the suspension.

i'm going with option 2 or 3 personally most likely 2.

The lawsuit will just focus on process and the fact the NFL had no tangible guidelines in place for either ball testing or the punishment involved. Federal Court case will just focus on that and probably nothing else, with a very good chance to get it overturned. I mean, the same tactic worked with fucking wife beaters and the like.

As for the cellphone, for all we know he had nudes of Giselle on there and she told him to nuke the phone rather than risk the inevitable leak at the NFL if they got a hold of the phone.

I thought they asked for records of texts that Brady and his agent could decide on, Brady said they already had them all since they had access to them through the equipment dude's phone/texts. And now suddenly they're leaking info that he destroyed the phone the allegedly weren't asking for access to? If they never asked nor expected access to his phone, then why do they care if he destroyed it? Honest questions because I can't keep up with all the twists and turns as a bunch of rich white dudes try to out scoff the others.

Yes, record of texts and the NFL/Wells would never be in possession of the phone at any time.

This pretty much backs up my point that Boston fans really have no idea what the actual facts are since the whole NFL taking his personal phone argument was debunked day 1.

That's what many of us have been saying. Vegas still has Packers/Seahawks/Colts as better odds, but I sure as hell wouldn't bet on any of them over a Belichick/Brady team with a grudge.

Try to keep up. The cover up is that they asked for the phone he used from Nov-Mar. He had that phone destroyedthe day he went in to talk about the investigation. He and his representatives said this is common practice when he gets a new phone. Except the phone he had prior to that one was still around, according to Tom and his representatives.

Brady basically handed Goodell the ammunition he needed to uphold the suspension.
