So, a 1h30mins ESO beta video (probably Stress Test) popped on some forums, are we allowed to post links here to show people how the game actually is right now ? Though it's alvl1lolvideo featuring some kid figuring out his shit and doing first hand quests.

I can't personally judge the game graphics or performance - but when there's smoke there is usually a fire and I hear negatives about it on every gaming forum I frequent. Maybe I should make a reddit account, I hear they love everything unconditionally.

Turning Elder Scrolls into a 3-faction RVR endgame certainly isnt what I want from the franchise, I can say that much. So regardless of the shill/troll/countertroll wars in this thread I'm at a dubious-to-negative opinion on this product.

All I have to go by is that Quakecon vid and the combat looked pretty meh. Nothing visually impressed me really. Reminded me of Darkfall and the only difference is the environments looked much better in TESO. Combat animations were very stiff and primitive.

I hope it's good though, I haven't been able to take a crack at it yet.

Shame we can't show screenshots, because it looks like even the NPCs are bored to death.

I know lots of people who actually like ES and MMO gameplay are lurking - just do yourself a favor and try this when you can. I'm sure beta will continue to grow; I'd be surprised if there isn't an open beta around late winter. Anyone who says this game is "pure shit" is going to look like a complete fool when it gets released.

Hardcore ES players might be okay with it but the vast majority of people here will not be.

Recently, else I wouldn't have bothered with a comment. I'm not going to say anymore than that about my playing it or any more thoughts of it.

Only reason I commented is because you seem to be singing praises of something you haven't even touched, knocking any who may have or don't like what they see and I find that odd.
