Uhh, that really doesn't prove anything. Somebody could have called him on it there or he might read this board. You really are going a bit off the deep end on all of this. You act like they baked your kids in an oven or something.

Devil's Advocate: When he said 'we' could he not have meant it as in 'us beta testers'? Also, maybe the devs are very informative on the beta forums and have told them what's coming up in future builds.

Utnayan is straight forward, but he's probably a big reason no devs outside of Hartsman will likely ever post on these forums, which is too bad.

Speaking of Hartsman, maybe they can toss him on TESO after release for a bag of money.

Is it though? All you will get is the same run of the mill PR talk they always give. It is an industry wide problem that in all fairness, stretches to any corporation really. I think your opinion would be valid if they were ever up front and transparent. It's also why Hartsman is so liked. The guy isn't afraid to just tell it like it is. We all saw what happened last time McQuaid was posting on FoH promoting Vanguard, and obviously, Schilling. Danuser as well. If anything, I would prefer some of these con artists don't have a voice when we all know better anyway.

There isn't a poster out there (Me included) that wouldn't welcome honesty and just telling it like it is. But that's too difficult these days I guess.

Limited feedback is better than none. After the way you've raked TESO across the coals here, I can imagine no developer from that game would fathom posting here.

Slamming a game incessantly and insulting the crew creating it while it's not even in beta nonstop probably isn't creating an atmosphere for any sort of discourse in this thread. That's a shame, since the best part of FOH was the feedback and information from those people.

It's a shame Draegan basically is part of the attack dog mentality, as this forum could've been a bit more appealing to devs and been more interactive, instead of the cynic circle jerk it currently has become. I'm surprised guys like Mark Jacobs do podcasts with him, especially after a lot of the silly attacks in the CU threads. I'll be amazed if anyone from TESO will simply due to this thread.

I would rather have a circle jerk talking about why a game is going to suck and being real about it than the outlandish fluff that has been marketed in the MMORPG genre to date. I, for one, welcome the honesty. I would rather have that than people sucking developer cock because they post here about TESO. Especially when they have deflected and been dishonest about their game in viral marketing campaigns, so why the fuck would you think that would be any different if they posted in this very thread?

Draegan is interesting, at times he jumps on the bandwagon of rabid attack dog style posting on certain projects, then flips to "fake but nuetral business position" on that same topic.

Shills definitely exist but I don't think Blackwulf is one, nor is he tesotester. Their writing styles are totally different. Blackwulf just wants the game to succeed, much like many of the fans of WildStar do. That isn't a crime and it doens't make them shills.

Your campaign against him or anyone who doesn't agree with you is very disturbing. You go overboard with your accusations and tinfoil hat conspiracies. It's part of what got you banned on FoH. You make a lot of good points about the business and mmos but you can't seem to balance that with your need to crusade against windmills.
