Does TESO have an actual endgame or is it yet another MMORPG that consists wholly of half a dozen 5-man dungeons and a PvP environment that stagnates after three weeks? I'm fed up with games that barely have enough content for a month of play, but if TESO has any kinds of meaningful and engaging long-term goals, that's enough to open my wallet. It has been years since I played any MMORPG for more than a month.
Obviously, no one has seen the end game, and some have suspicions that anything in the game past level 20 or so is even done. That said, they are planning a lot for end game:
-High level open and instanced dungeons
-"adventure zones" basically outdoor raid areas
-Cyrodiil pvp area - supposedly extremely large with keeps, towns, mines, towers capturable, and with pve hubs and dungeons within.
-Once you hit 50 in your faction, you can adventure in the other faction content (instanced so you won't see enemy PCs, and set to +50 level content/rewards)
-Quests/exploring to gain faction/skill lines from things like mage guild.
Also, don't forget crafting, gathering, and FISHING! Personally, I'm just hoping the pvp is something like DAOC. I can get lost for years in a good rvr zone as long as they do advancement right. I think they said there will be rvr skill lines that you can improve through something like realm points in daoc.
