Ghetto area also increases chances of shitty quality, to which Arby's suffers in swings.
Get it when traveling unless a shitter is far away.
The current bourbon sandwiches are God tier outperforming any sit-down restaurant.

I can tell that Conefed did not grow up in an area where real Delicatessen's were an actual thing. French dip at Arby's? Roast beef sandwich at Arby's? Any fucking sandwich at all at that isn't deep fried at Arbys? No man. Just no.

I grew up in the Deli capital of the world. Long Island. I'm not going to an Arby's for a shitty, processed, half assed roast beef sandwich. It's just not going to happen.

I gotta be honest. I go to fast food restaurants all the time. burgers, fries, taco bell, whatever... all that. Great, no problems, all day long I'll go to a fast food place with no qualms. Deli's though... I guess those are the one thing I take with me from my childhood that I just won't touch from fast food. We've all got that one thing. That's mine.

I admit, I have no scope on this. When I think of deli's, I think of that section of Food Lion/Wal-Mart that occasionally has things marked down.

Another thing worth considering is how much you like Jalapeno bites and/or whether you have a good source of them outside of Arby's. Arby's still uses an actual jalapeno cut in half and filled with real cream cheese. Fuck curly fries, imo, jalapeno bites 4 lyfe.

Sorry about the double post, but I feel obligated to mention that the half pound french dip is also $6. I haven't done any side by side comparisons of the regular and half pound variations, but I'd pick the half pound version even if it's not twice as much meat as the regular. More meat > more bread.

Edit: wait, my half assed mental math seems to be way off. If the pair of sandwiches has more meat than the single half pound version, then they're clearly the better choice. Someone should put these sandwiches on a scale and see what's what.
