Have you ever had a milkshake made from grass fed free-range cows from Northern California? Man it is just so good I just can't go back man. All natural and organic vanilla of course. Gluten free too man.
If the cows aren't endangered, I won't drink it.

IDK don't want to spill dairy on my raw denim then I'd have to wash em. Not taking that chance.

Chick-fil-a has some of the best milkshakes around. This includes various diners, ice cream places, and other fast food (such as Shake Shack, which was incredibly disappointing in terms of milkshake quality). I've had milkshakes that were on par with Chick-fil-a, but none that was hands-down better.
I love hitting up Chick-fil-a in the summer when they roll back out the peach shake. Drink it down about half way, fill it back up with Vodka, mix, and lay out by the pool. Works well with the jamocha shakes from Arby's too.

Sonic's milkshakes are very good and they have a bunch of different flavors. They are half off after 8pm now.
Not sure I've ever had a Sonic milkshake. That said, dogs fucking obviously love ice cream. My dog and my brother in law's both wouldn't touch Sonic's ice cream. They literally sniffed it and just wandered off. It was baffling, but it doesn't lead me to believe that their ice cream is worth a shit if my dog won't even eat it.

Chick - fil - a chocolate shake is amazing.

Today for lunch I'm getting taco bell. XXL nacho and gonna try the new spicy chicken taco they have but I'm gonna tell them to wrap beans and a soft tortilla around the hard shell.

Best milkshake I ever had was at Sonic. I spent all day at Cedar Point (morning until night) in early July heat. I was overheated, sweating profusely, completely sunburnt, and felt as if I were dying. We went to Sonic and all I wanted was a goddamn soda and milkshake, no food. The milkshake descended from heaven and provided me with feelings reminiscent of an orgasm. It was the best goddamn milkshake of my life.

I find the malts at UDF pretty damn good too. Not sure if UDF is national or midwest only. Only a few bucks too.

Agreed, anyone who thnks it is better than a legit milkshake is a crack smoking fucktard.

I went to Freddy's the other day after seeing a recommendation a long time ago in this thread. LEGIT milkshake, god damn that thing was good. The burgers are just ok, but that milkshake
Freddys is basically Steak & Shake(exact same super-thin burger patties) with a better ice cream assortment. Freddys has shakes + concretes + sundaes, rather than just shakes at Steak & Shake.

I do like Sonic Shakes and Sonic Blasts(their version of a DQ Blizzard), but their Ice Cream really is low quality. I don't know if it's considered " ice milk" or what, but it is very thin and watery tasting compared to real ice cream. They make up for it in quantity though, a large Sonic Blast is monsterously huge, like twice as big as a large DQ blizzard.

The best milkshake I ever had I made myself with Stewart's cake batter ice cream and a chocolate carnation instant breakfast packet.

Coincidentally my in-law family all makes these shitty shakes with the magic bullet. They use ice cream and milk and come out as some squished up icecream with loose milk all around it. It's the worst thing I've ever had. Actually, once my mother in law made home made ice cream out of almond milk and I had the shits for days - that is the worst.

My brother-in-law also adds a packet of instant pudding mix to his shakes. I don't know

Do not get a shake from Wendy's, unless you want diabetes. I don't know how they cram such an overload of sweetness and end up ruining the whole thing.

A Nutra Bullet would be better than Magic since it is more powerful and better at pulverizing shit. I've made a few decent milk shakes in mine.

Back when I was a child and just a budding McCheese I loved root beer floats. They were the best. But I didn't always have ice cream at my disposal. So I invented my "White Trash Float" which was just root beer with 2% milk (the only stuff we had) poured in as well. It actually isn't that bad.

One of my favorite fast food items is Burger King's onion rings. With that said, I have not eaten them in over 10 years due to the incapacitating stomach cramping and horrific gas they cause. When I say gas, I mean massive, disgusting farts approximately once a minute. These farts are bad enough to make me want to vomit (and everyone typically loves the smell of their own brand). I don't know what it is about this one item of food that does this to me. Other onion rings don't cause this to happen. I have been baffled by this for years.

The single greatest moment that one can experience in the fast food world is ordering fries at Burger King and finding a couple stray onion rings mixed in.

Yep. I don't even like onion rings and this is the greatest. God forbid they put mayo on my triple whopper, but it's ok if you mess up a little on my fries.

Chik-fil-a chocolate shake is just a vanilla shake with a bunch of chocolate syrup mixed in. Not a fan, really. But their vanilla and peppermint shake around the holidays is fucking AWESOME.

I got a chocolate shake at Freddy's and they used actual chocolate ice cream. I think that is the only time I've ever had a shake like that.

Alternately, the single worst moment that one can experience in fast food is when you go to Hardees/Carls Jr and order curly fries, and they drop a few of their bastard normal fries in the box as well, taking up precious room that could have been a couple more curly fries.

McDonald's chocolate shakes are the same thing. I'm pretty sure most fast food places are like that. They usually only have vanilla ice cream and just mix syrup into it to get the associated flavor you ordered.
