I've always been this way, even as a kid. Sure, I'll dabble in the occasional ice cream cone, milkshake, etc., but it's a pretty rare occurrence.

freddys uses custard
Custard is any dish which combines eggs and milk. Most icecream is just various types of milk(2%, whole to heavy cream) mixed with sugar, flavorings and some type of emulsifier. Custard is the samething but specifically uses eggs yolks as its emulsifier.
If you want to be god tier on your icecream game, you gotta do custard made with liquid nitrogen.
As for icecream, i had a oreo sonic blast the other day. Was alright but kind of seemed like it had a slight cheesecake like aftertaste?

Chick Fil A pisses me off. I don't care at all what their political or religious position is. I seriously don't want the restaurant at which I eat to have a political religious position at all. Make good food. Shut the fuck up about everything else.
