There was lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion along with the bottom bun underneath. I cut it into quarters and stacked it.Is the plate the bottom half of the "bun"?
I worked at Camp Atterbury and had heard of this place/seen those pictures. Never went in unfortunately since the place is pretty mom and pop for sure. Luckily living in Indiana all my life I've had plenty of pork tenderloins much larger than the plate they're served on. None quite THAT big, but definitely some I had to cut into quarters and stack on a bun to eat them. They're pretty great, especially since they always cost like $10 total with a side of chips or fries wherever you go.
That plus a Baconator and fries....Not I, yet but it is on the schedule thats for sure.
