Some day this week is Hot Dog Day or some shit, which explains the Fuddruckers and Sonic specials. If you know any other places that sell hot dogs/cheese dogs/etc., check out what specials they have.

You don't need a membership. A lot of people who aren't in the minivan costco shopper set don't realize that Costco is literally the cheapest fast food place in the country and their food is pretty darn decent.

Costco is like the best place on Earth apparently. Dirt cheap goods. Cheap good food. Pay their employees an actual good wage and treat them like humans. Clean thoroughly every single day. Ridiculously good return policy.

Shit is ridiculous.

I guess you can do all that when people have to pay $100 or whatever a year for the right to shop there

50$ for two membership cards anually.

Went to costco yesterday, budgeted $150 spent $200.. pretty typical overage.

Bought a pack of monster energy drinks for $1/can, $.50 less than the best deals at the local super market.

$3.75 for roughly twice as many strawberries as the local market, in good condition too.

Butcher Meats (Fish and Seafood in particular) are harder to find deals on, but the quality and selection is significantly higher at costco.

Alcohol is heavily taxed (like 30% or some shit up here) so finding deals there is hard. *Usually just go to canada for duty free stuff*

Excellent prices on bulk household items like toiletries, laundry/dishwasher stuff ($15 bucks for ~125 dishwasher loads)

Yeah, I have a Sam's Club which is also around 50 a year. It's definitely worth it if you go a few times a year at least.

Fuck Costco. Until recently my grandmother worked at Costco preparing/serving the little samples they give out. She had been there for something like 15 years, and she loved the job. However, due to her age it was getting hard for her to stand for so many hours, but her cunt manager refused to let her sit on a stool. My grandmother tried to compromise and just asked for a little mat she could stand on to give her feet some cushioning, and the cunt manager refused again. So my grandmother was forced to quit the job she loved just because this bitch of a manager couldn't make a tiny accommodation to help a long-time employee.

On certain things it is nuts. Buying those packs of Monster energy is such a crazy deal, some places sell individual cans for $2.29.

We also got crazy deals on candy. We gave a Hershey's bar as one of our wedding favors (re-wrapped with a custom wrapper) and bought them all there at such a crazy price.

My favorite local beer(Boulevard) is carried at our local Costco, and it is CHEAP compared to liquor and grocery stores. They often release season 750ml bottles(wine bottle size), at liquor stores and grocery stores, they are generally anywhere from $9.99 to $14.99, and usually limited to 1 or 2 depending on how limited the release is. Nope, not at Costco. $6.99 and buy as many as you want. I bought 2 cases of my favorite yearly release a couple weeks ago. 24 750ml bottles for $168. Would have cost me $288 at a liquor store(not that you can even buy that many) as this release was $11.99 a bottle at other stores.

Fuck I love Costco. the $5 rotisserie chickens are a ridiculous deal too. You couldn't even make one yourself that cheap. thats cheaper than a whole raw chicken at the grocery store.

Are you sure Costco is the person hiring and managing those sample people? I feel almost always it's a 3rd party that are contracted out to do those samples.

Monsters there are cheap, but they stopped selling the blue low cal version at mine. Just the Green, and Absolute Zero. Ugh. Made me sad.

TIL all of Costco is one manager. Should have told her to run it up the flagpole.
