Healthy? I said fresh, and it is. They still make beans and rice daily from scratch or so hry claim. The fried crisp burritos are what I usually get. I'm weird maybe but dip them into their chipotle ranch and then dip and stick a jalapeno onto the end. Makes a good bite.
Haven't been in so long I haven't seen those stuffed Mexican fries, but they definitely look worth trying.
I really hate the "healthy" Mexican food trend. Just eat a fucking salad if you want a healthy burrito.

PS- I don't think it's a good idea for Sonic to move further north... They sent me a coupon in a val-pack for a foot long chili-cheese dog for $0.99. So I tried them. Their concept was completely foreign to me. I'm not sure I get it. Let's use red buttons and 1950's technology but we have cell-phones too. Their food is okay at best (maybe shitty at worst), but cheap as fuck!!! With the app-- $7 got me about 8000 calories of food and fresh lemonade. The lemonade was actually really good. But the roller-girl nearly wiping out on sheet ice and looking like she already had mild hypothermia was disturbing...

The CosMc's seems like a marketing ploy because McDonald's is touting they're redoing a bunch of their recipes or whatever. Brioche is the food industry's new hot item they're getting in on, for example. A bunch of people who are definitely not just paid influencers have been talking about discovering shit about it in very believable ways (eyeroll). Morning news shows have been talking about it too in very believable ways: ooooh wooow yummy what a mystery so exciting.
Aside from a sausage bisket with hot mustard maybe twice a year I've found their food inedible unless you're eating it regularly and are used to the McDonald's taste. So maybe they're onto something, but my guess is it's not because they care about quality or taste. Probably just cost cutting measures and marketing, obviously, which is of course their primary responsibility to stock holders.

Its interesting cause while I don't drink the types of drinks CosMcs serve, they have so many different ones the market for them must be nuts. I know Panera has that Lemonade, who else is the competition in the space? Starbucks?
