We have a rotating food truck schedule at our office and the food truck today is a slamming slider truck. The bacon they put on their burgers is a damn near ham steak. So good.

I try to limit my fast food intake to maybe twice a month, but mainly because I would rather make food that's delicious than buy fast food. If you work out regularly, you can pretty much eat whatever the hell you want without much cause for worry.

The new Wendy's burger is awful. Only the return of the wild mountain chicken sandwich will offset this travesty.

Taco Bell "grillers" = pretttty good. It's food that is cheap and goes in your mouth-hole!

Wtf is a wild mountain chicken sandwich? It sounds amazing.

They need to make that pub pretzel burger a regular item.

according to the googles it was a spicy chicken sandwich with bacon, colby jack cheese, and "spicy smokey southwestern sauce"

Me too. I also limit the amount of red meat my family and I consume as well. I tend to limit cooking only 1 time a week with beef. And although I do love me a good burger, I tend to opt for the chicken stuff at fast food places as well. But my weakness has always been the fries. Man I love fries.

One of the best (and worst) jobs I ever had was as a teenager selling Boardwalk Fries at a concert venue. For 90% of the show I'd just stand at my little cart munching on fries and listening to whatever music was playing. Boardwalk Fries are awesome.

It's not my favorite or anything, but fries is one of those foods that I'll eat an infinite amount of, if it's available. It's crazy, there's a caf? at the local mall I eat at a couple of times a year, afaik, they don't even have fries on their menu, but time and time again I catch myself sitting there munching greasy, mediocre, salty french fries. It's magical.

My favorite fast food fries are 5 Guys (which are way too expensive, it's a fucking potato for crap's sake) and Penn Station. Each hand cut and fry to order.

Not sure if Penn Station is national, but it sure as hell ain't local.

Penn Station does have delicious fries. Penn Station in general is delicious, but I always feel like absolute dogshit after I eat there. So greasy.

$3.19 for a regular size order isn't as bad as it looks at most places. That will feed 2-3 people at most 5 Guys since they generally fill the cup then throw another full scoop in the bag. Some folks have mentioned they don't do this at their local one, which sucks. Even ignoring that they're delicious as fuck and worth more. You'll usually get at least as much potato for your money as other fast food places.

Yeah, the 5 Guys by me goes nuts with the fries. There's usually more in my bag than in the cup.

5 Guys failed me once on the fry quantity, but only once. Before and after I've received mass quantities of fries, but that one time has scarred me.

The problem I have with 5 guys is you have to plan out where you eat it. My first time I ate it in my car before heading home from out of state. Within 10 minutes I was sweating profusely and had to make a photo finish stop at a restaurant to unleash hell. Second time I ate it in the comfort of my own home and had an equally relieving experience.

Do you have low-capacity bowels or something? That's never bothered me but then again I'm in the "3+ Chipotle Burrito" range
