I would eat the o'tacoSo the Chalupa may be all time favorite thing at Taco Bell. RIP Baja Chalupa. I am beyond excited for this. It's only in the Toledo, Ohio test market. If it does well it will go national. #fingercrossed

You out of town right now? I thought you were up in Maryland?I just had a standard Steak and Shake burger. Are they always so salty? I don't remember that, but it was crazy salty.
Chalupa is underrated. Closest thing you can get to an Indian Fry Bread taco outside of the southwest. So the Chalupa may be all time favorite thing at Taco Bell.
IN MY OPINION (please note that I'm not a doctor) and from the research I have done while having high cholesterol of my own, eating foods containing cholesterol has almost no bearing on your cholesterol levels. My doctor is a firm believer in that as well, but there is a decent amount of research on the subject as well as plenty of anecdotal evidence. The body itself makes vastly more than will ever be absorbed into your bloodstream via digestion. However, obviously I recommend you discuss anything like that with your doctor and discover what works best for you, but at least be open to the possibility. I have seen significantly better results with watching the amount of sugars/starches etc. than I ever did watching cholesterol intake. YMMV of course, I'm just an idiot on a message board, your health is more important than my opinion, etc.Actually watching food labels is going to be such a change for me - and probably going to force a bit of change - so much stuff I'd expect to have cholesterol doesn't and other stuff has a ton. (Holy shit, my beloved quick breakfast items of a Jimmy Dean B-fast sandwich.... like 80mg of the 300 for a day and they're tiny...)
Second opinions are always a good thing, I appreciate it - still waiting for my mom to respond to my email with any advice (she was an RN in her working years) - would certainly make life easier not micromanaging it.IN MY OPINION (please note that I'm not a doctor) and from the research I have done while having high cholesterol of my own, eating foods containing cholesterol has almost no bearing on your cholesterol levels.
