Please never post a man in thong underwear or whatever the fuck it was ever again in this thread.

This thread is for delicious delicacies and engorgement, and I don't mean gorging on a banana hammock.
How much does this trigger you then Noodle?

My father loves candy. Halloween and Easter he goes batshit crazy. For Halloween he has ~100 trick or treaters come, but he gets at least 8-12lbs of candy. The good stuff too. None of that candy corn shit. At Easter he goes first to get Easter baskets stuff for my nephews and then the real shopping comes a week later. 30-50% clearance happens and it gets ludicrous.

To be honest people only need to get the Reese's Easter Eggs, because JayZ Crust they're fucking great.

Freeze those Reese eggs and you're damn right. However, I don't really eat candy anymore. Too sexy.

I pulled a minor mccheese moment today at lunch, ate a whole package of fig Newton things. Just for the figs, it was 1000 calories not including my lunch.

I always got a Nintendo game for Easter. The year I got Super Mario Bros 3 might have been the best Easter ever.

My father just got 5 fillet-o-fish for us because my relatives are going to be late for dinner. They didn't tell him until he paid that they were now $4 each instead of 2 for $4. Classic Good Friday gauge.

Everything in the Wegman's bakery is top notch TBH. Most everything else too, but especially the bakery. [Honestly saying it as a customer, not shilling for my ex-employer]
I've never eaten at Wegman's bakery/cafe, but I'm getting ready to head over there for one of those Jalapeno Cheese Bagels Zzyzyzysxyxyzxxyz mentioned and maybe something else. I hope this won't be a repeat of the Archer's Farms Pancake Mix debacle. Don't let me down again, Vaclavbro.

So how many of us got ridiculous Easter baskets with way too much candy as kids?
My kids easter basket always comes with Starburst Jelly Beans and a chocolate bunny....otherwise it'll have small gifts in it and maybe a pinch of their favorite candy. (my oldest son, mini snickers, my daughter gummi crabby patties, my youngest son doesn't like candy, so he'll get some cookie sin his)

Never heard a second opinion of Archer's Farms to say the majority is with me (only have my wife and my own opinions) - but for Wegman's I'd never heard of anyone speaking ill of the bakery. And being that I worked at Hunt Valley, if it's there, I need to hassle up some folks still working there if you go to Hunt Valley and rate things poorly.

Last year my wife bought some starburst jelly beans, the bag that is red flavors only, and I quickly found out that I only like the dark red ones, not the light red ones, so I ate ALL of the dark reds out of the bag. She got so pissed when she went to eat some and there were no dark red ones left.

They're nothing but watermelon, cherry, & strawberry and I think all the dark reds are cherry & strawberry, I left her a bag full of craptacular watermelon. I've never seen her so mad, lol

LoL, it's just because they get (my older two) so much junk all the time at their mothers that I don't want to contribute to that. Besides, they I think would rather have their gifts. Like my son is getting Smash Brothers for his 3DS and my daughter is getting some littlest pet shop stuff she wanted.

Wegman's was pretty good. I got the jalapeno cheese bagel and a pretzel bagel, and thoroughly enjoyed both. I saw a ton of other stuff I really want to try from their bakery, so I'll certainly be returning. I don't know about Hunt Valley, as I went to a different location since I was running all over creation this morning.

Neither of them hold a candle to the cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera Bread, however. My girlfriend tried the cinnamon raisen bagel today at Wegman's and she said it was good, but nothing compared to the cinnamon crunch at Panera Bread, which is her favorite bagel in the world.

Wait, the pancakes aren't good? I have a box of them sitting in my pantry

Eh, Asiago cheese is the best bagel there by far. Cinnamon crunch just has too big a layer of cinnamon sugar, it always breaks off when you take a bite and you end up with a bite of just that

The big layer of Cinnamon Sugar is the reason that the bagel is the best. The little crumbly parts are what put it above-and-beyond other cinnamon bagels.

The pancakes were good, but I was told they were as good as cinnamon bun pancakes in a restaurant like ihop or denny's, which they weren't.

So I tried 5 of the different Applebee's appetizers, and they ranged from pretty good to terrible.

Sriracha shrimp - pretty amazing. Overpriced, ended up being like $1/shrimp and they weren't that big
Brisket nachos - awful. Don't really know how to explain, none of the flavors worked together, the brisket tasted like over cooked stew meat, and the little cheese they had was gross.
Wonton tacos - pretty good, but nothing special. Worth trying
Potstickers - worse version of the frozen ones you buy in a bag at the store. Also about $1/per, and they are fucking tiny.
Boneless wings - not new, got the sweet spicy Asian something or other. Really good.

I complained about the brisket nachos and they sent me 20 dollars worth of gifts certificates.

It tasted like salty dog food.

Those stupid boneless chicken things are really good with the Asian sauce, just because that sauce is so pungent.

That stupid Triple Bacon Burger keeps bringing me back on those 5.99 any burger Mondays. I've gone like 3 or 4 times since Christmas.
