I was talking to a buddy about Funhouse a while back. I've never been there. We were wondering if it's because I grew up in KCK and not on the MO side of town. I think he was still kind of upset that one of their locations closed (Raytown?)

I asked him what made it so good, and he really couldn't tell me anything specific.
Raytown is the one I experienced. G had liked it when he was a young guy but I thought the pizza was greasy and not in a good way, plus the restaurant itself could have been a lot cleaner. I think for a lot of people the nostalgia make them believe the pizza was good.

I don't usually reheat pizza because it's always floppy. I tried a pizza stone and it was better, but just yesterday I tried it on my cast iron. A few minutes of med-high then 1 minute covered with a splash of water for steam. Man, better than delivery was. Sorry pizza talk reminded me

Regime Regime I got the flamin hot popcorn. Game changer. Fuck the movie theater style.

I have one, haven't considered that yet

Heat the pizza in the microwave for like 10-15 seconds, take it out and pop it in the air fryer for 1 or 2 min (if not already heated do like 3 or 4). Comes out crispy and the cheese is less rubbery. You will have to find the right time/temp for yours but it makes it

Agreed this is the only way to reheat pizza. Been doing it like this for awhile. Need to try the air fryer trick since we just got one.

I don't reheat pizza because I love it cold. When I make a digiorno, I always cut it into 8 pieces, eat 5 for dinner and put the other 3 in the fridge. The next morning I slather the 3 cold slices in hot sauce and get down to breakfast.

With regard to air fryers, I was going to get one for my sister for Christmas and went to the wirecutter website and they said that an air fryer is just a little convection oven and if you want an air fryer you should spend the same amount on a convection toaster oven instead because it's bigger and more functional and does everything the air fryer could do. So now my sister has a convection toaster oven and I kind of want one too.

Will confirm the air fryer is amazing at reheating pizza. Crisps up the crust and if you time it right you can get a little caramelization on the cheese. Sometimes makes it better than when it was fresh.

Had my first Zaxbys experience in a road trip through the south today. I got a five finger plate tossed in insane sauce. The heat was really good, especially for a mass appeal fast food place. The fries were also really tasty with a nice crunch and soft inside and good seasoning. No wonder southerners are so far. A++ would eat again. We need this up in Maryland.

Zaxby's is top quality fast food chicken. If you get a chance to go again I do recommend their Cajun Club sandwich, but honestly you cant really go wrong with anything on their menu.

I use my convection toaster oven more than any other appliance now, and it saves leftovers most people thought couldn't be saved. Can even save cold french fries.

Air Fryer not big enough for reheating pizza. Can only do 2 slices. Lay some foil out in the oven, and lay it all out. Hit Bake, at 350, and by the time it's done pre heating it's done for me and crispier than when it came fresh.
