I actually read that. Who cooks onions and worries about their nutritional value? Onions are for flavor.

Fried onions retain heat andincrease the temperature of the oilused for frying and together get awfully hot and the intense temperature can easily burn your skins if any of it gets on you, as no doubt most people are aware of and unfortunately have experienced once or twice during their cooking experience.

I always go with the Steak, and then regret it. Chicken is the best meat they serve! Double up on it, and ask for the tortilla on the side.

I had a Jimmy Johns sandwich yesterday. I think they're a lot better than subway. I think I like the bread better from JJ, even though subway makes a huge deal about their bread.

Also, I eat onions like apples. They have the same healing properties as garlic.

I'm on this boat JJ>Subway by a mile. I hate bread with a passion (fucks my stomach up) JJ's is the only one I even eat these days.

At the risk of walking across a troll bridge:

"#1 NA" References something at being the best in north america, a common term derived from some league of legend memes.

In this case I used the reference to state that I think Carnitas are the best burrito meat in North America currently.

This opinion is based on the difficulty level of getting the other three meats to come out on par flavor wise. Steak/Ground Beef (Carne) seems to be the most difficult to get right. Chicken (Pollo) second most difficult. These rely on fat additions in order to remain flavorful and likely are neglected at most burrito places.

The natural fat from carnitas synergizes with acidic salsas very well (I prefer Verde salsa with mine).
