1 Popeyes biscuit has roughly the same calories and sodium as 8 nuggets? Damn. I've always stayed away from the tenders though, McDonald's Selects were the last acceptable version of those although Wendy's strips when they first came out were awesome.

Funny, I thought the biscuit I got from Popeyes was actually delicious, by far the best part of the meal.

Those McD's Selects were pretty good.

I've been craving a spicy chicken sandwich lately. Alas, the closest Wendy's is outside of the city. And it's right next door to an In-N-Out.

With Popeye's, I have never liked their tenders. They taste off. Their actual chicken is the money.

Roy Rogers fucking blows. Twice i have eaten their, at coworker's insistence. Twice it has blown donkey dicks. No more.

I wasn't even familiar with Roy Rogers. Is it a big chain? Seemed to have a pretty limited menu.

It is big up here, I know or at least 5 of 6 in my general area. Their chicken tastes like someone who hates fried chicken decided to make fried chicken. I think they have burgers and stuff too, idk, shitty shitty fast food place.

They have roast beef, but that's not their main thing. They do a weird mix of roast beef, fried chicken, and burgers, none of which they excel at.

Roy Rogers' claim to fame in the past was their Fixins Bar, which I imagine was a novel idea at the time. I used to just load up on those delicious little dill pickle slices while my parents ate their meals. I bet they were happy I ate for free.

You guys really loving on the wasabi and soy almonds? I thought I would like them too, because it sounds like a fantastic combo, but something about the flavoring. Just is ick. Not good at all. Maybe I just don't like the translation from actual wasabi, to a dry seasoning?

Closest Chick-Fil-A is even further away. We have shit chain fast food options here in SF. I don't mind because I'm not much of a fast food eater and we have great "fast" food alternatives (taquerias, shawarma, delis, etc). But dammit, sometimes I just want some spicy chicken nuggets and a JBC.
