Says who? Smallville was a CW show which should imply a Superman flying around out there. But why? In the Flash/Arrow (i.e., TV show) universe Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc. simply don't exist (yet).

Smallville was never part of this universe. Going by that logic, Sam and Dean Winchester are out there somewhere killing ghosts. In the show they've never given any indication that other super heroes currently exist; therefore, they aren't part of the universe. You're taking your comic book knowledge and inserting it into the show. At the moment they are shows about the Arrow and the Flash, and not the Justice League or other super heroes.Says who? I may have dreamed it but I'm fairly sure I remember Batman being referenced to by Joe West in the Arrow crossover episode. Something along the lines of, "Central City doesn't need a vigilante (Arrow) here like that guy in Gotham".But why? Are you thinking aboutthis line? I thought I heard Batman too, so I replayed it with CC on and saw that it said "that man."I may have dreamed it but I'm fairly sure I remember Batman being referenced to by Joe West in the Arrow crossover episode. Hmmm that might have been it. I'll watch the episode again later to check but that link seems pretty unanimous. Are you thinking aboutthis line? I thought I heard Batman too, so I replayed it with CC on and saw that it said "that man."
CW has done a great job with a low budget, the fight was pretty good (although there were several times Flash ran by them without hitting them when he could have WTH). I was worried how some of these fights would play out. I mean how do you properly show a fight with a man who can run around faster than a speeding bullet, against guys who shoot ice and flame from guns? They've done a good job with this dilemma. Good luck on portraying a fight with Mirror Master realistically though.fucking outstanding episode. the showdown between Flash, Heatwave and Captain Cold was the best this season.
Yeah, I took issue with that too. Well, a bunch of things really, but it is still a great show and a lot of fun, so who cares?(although there were several times Flash ran by them without hitting them when he could have WTH).
Dr Harrison Wells' past catches up to him, when a gorilla used for genetic experiments finds its way back to Star Labs. Now with the ability to read and control people's minds, the gorilla known as Grodd rampages through Central City. When even The Flash fails to stop him, Dr Wells must call for help from an old friend, turned enemy, General Wade Eiling.
