Depends on the person. I find super skinny chicks somewhat gross. I often make up stories and dialogue for people I see at school to keep me amused and there are a few female and male students that I have made background stories for that involve them starving themselves for social acceptance. The stories I tell myself are more interesting than actually engaging anyone more often than not.

I wouldn't apply that many "reallys" to it, but it is weird. Unless you're a writer or something and you can't help yourself. I don't imagine and develop detailed backstories about people.
