A bit bad timing on my part, though, because I'm leaving town for a week for business starting next weekend. I guess I'll just ask if she wants to do something when I get back instead of trying to squeeze it in during the week before I head out.

Yeah. From the sounds of it though, PhD and Masters programs are separate though. But maybe I misunderstood her.
The only meaningful difference I think is one just can't apply to a terminal masters program in the US. You still do your thesis during your 2nd year and you still get your masters after defending it. You simply continue on after that toward the doctorate rather than applying again. It's just both degrees combined into one 5-6 year program rather than a 2yr and 3-4yr.
I'm right there with you. There are some hot ones, of course, just like any ethnicity. I just don't understand "yellow fever" whatsoever.
Add another one to that club. I can see some that are attractive, but they just don't do it for me.
Don't find them physically attractive and their personalities are absolute acid to me.
What I find odd, is that people with yellow fever don't just have a fetish for hot asians. They lose their shit over pretty much any average looking asian. It's almost like black guys and fat white women.
