In reality the only people that actually give enough of a shit about someone's past relationships to try and find out more and study them are insecure neckbeards.

Worrying about someone's past is pointless. Shit happens and people change. One day you're some millionaires girlfriend living the good life, cooking, cleaning, doing the shopping for them and enjoying a loving relationship, the next you're a lesbian prostitute in Ohio sucking off fat dudes for cash.

If you really give enough of a shit to marry someone you probably should base that decision of your current interactions with the person that you've had for however many years you're together. Not what they did when they were younger, that is unless you're intentionally trying to sabotage your relationship.

This is pretty much it, at least subconsciously, for people like Keg and Dumar. That and trust issues. Its also a double standard, because I am pretty sure when Keg is done bagging swamp donkeys and hairy middle eastern women he does not want his record of priors up for analysis to any future Mrs. Keg.

Besides, if you really want to know about a woman's past (and more importantly her future) all you have to do is sit down and have a chat with her mother. Not that the neck beard army is good at interpersonal communication....
