Ditch the hat, definitely shave the beard and get a haircut, start taking care of your skin and having better overall personal hygiene (shower daily, brush your teeth, wash your face at least twice a day morning/night), and start hitting up the gym or doing some cardio/cardio intense hobby like hiking, biking, kayaking, etc.Someone asked for a picture awhile back. Not yet, it's important to understand that lifting alone isn't going to get you to where you want to be. You have to change your diet and definitely just cut out soda. Don't think switching to "tea" is going to help you either, Nestea and the other shit on the market is just as bad as soda. Just go straight to water and cut everything out cold turkey.
But you've got to have patience. You probably spent a good 30 years building up that failure of a body, it's going to take a long time to fix it.

We're both in our 30's, neither ever been married.
Two weeks ago I had sex with a woman in Berkeley off of Tinder, and I got a blowjob from another in Hayward. That was my first whole week in California. It wasn't at all fulfilling. I don't know how a "nice guy" is defined or if I fit the definition.

dumar was the one who started the derail, I simply helped elucidate why evo psych is pseudo science and woo.
But the BS anthro requires actual effort, half my classes, sixty credit hours, were math and science. Thats how I have completed almost all the requirements for the dual bs/ba in bio chem at the same time.
I doubt you could pack down three hard science degrees simultaneously like I have, or you would have. Whats your educational background? Do you have one? Let me point out when I graduated this past year, over 2000 people walked with me. I was the only one with a BS in anthro.
