Convenience? I don't think $10 a month is breaking anyone's back. YMMV.

You don't even have to stay subbed. Just rotate your subs every month or two. It's not like there's a ton of original content every month.

If you enjoy something you should support it. Pirating everything would lead to no one making any new content.

These studios need to ground into oblivion and we need indie shit until good writers and directors claw their way up from literal poverty because of how good their product is. These studios with endless money produce endless garbage.

As OU correctly points out, viewers don't get the option of supporting good shows.

Viewers have the option of supporting streaming services. And 100% of the streaming services are promoting society-destroying bullshit on at least some of their shows.

Lets not get high and might about ""support"". And thats before we even get into the fact that the people you're asking us to ""support"" are literally multimillionaires.

I wish I wasnt so lazy so I could still pirate all this shit

What service doesn't do this? Netflix? I think everything I watch comes out this way. I'm not a wealthy man but I find all this crying about having to spend $20 on 7 hours of entertainment plus whatever else you might want to watch on Max for 2 months to be a bit pathetic.

Yes you do. Sub to a subscription service when a show you like is released. You don't think they track those metrics? I made a point to cancel Prime whenever Lord of the Rings released. I subscribed when Reacher was released. Those numbers matter. If you want good content subscribe when it's released and cancel when some dumb shit is released.

Max, I liked Gemstones, but this season went full homo. I cancellrd. I liked season 1 HoTD. I canceled when HoTD went full retard ugly lesbians in S2...

Even Netflix has hopped on board now. They're usually doing the whole, "release 3 episodes" then weekly release style. Or release half of the season, then the other half a month+ later.

Pretty weak start.

Pedro remains a stand out version of Joel, but fuck - what were they thinking when they cast Ellie?? She is getting further away from the Ellie we all know, it's like she is on some kind of mission to turn her into NotEllie.
