I've had more than one person today tell me they're done with the show. It's a lot to expect from audience members who had never played the games to keep going when the thing they liked got his head caved in with a golf club.

I was looking at the comments for the review video and I also thought this when I watched the episode.

Why does the person(Kaitlyn Dever)who played Abby, look more like she should have been the one who played Ellie? That actress looked pretty much like Ellie.

As I said before, I feel like that was the end of the show. The rest of the people/actors are not nearly as compelling and I get the feeling that the rest of the show is not going to have the budget anyways. I guess now we know how they chose to handle season 2. They should have just changed up the story......

They're probably full of shit. People said that after every major death in game of thrones but they all kept watching.

Game of Thrones had a lot more good actors that were entertaining to watch with a fantastic story. Last of Us just killed off the one good actor that was fairly enjoyable to watch. They also killed off the best story with the conflict/family dynamic between him and Ellie. Too me that was the story that should have just carried on and had been the entire arc of what the show was about, despite whatever the video game did.

Now we get...what? A new dynamic between two woman?

I quit in S1, it is pretty weird they killed Joel off in ep 2? They didn't even build up the character it sounds like. I figured they were going to change it from the TLoU2 but sounds like they made it worse lol
