It wouldnt surprise me at all if they had a Matrix 5 lined up. Whats a few hundred million lost versus pushing an agenda, anyways?

They'll definitely try rebooting this again in another 5-10 years. Hollywood isn't original anymore. It's all sequels, reboots, or stealing from literary work.

They could have fixed the sequels easily if they got real writers and director for this. There was certain ideas that were actually good in Resurrection but then they went full retard on anything good

Let Noah Hawley write the script and Mathew Vaughn direct

I re-watched the 2nd movie. If you watch the first 5 mins, skip the next 30, and resume the rest of the movie it's like a solid 7/10. The Smith burly brawl is still kind of lame, but The Merovingian stuff, the Highway chase, and the Architect are all pretty great.

I can't re-watch the 3rd movie ever. That was like 95% terrible.
