for what its worth I think squid game is the best show on TV in 2021 so far, and i've watched a lot. good watch with the missus too, but too violent for under 14 i'd say

Squid game is fine and has a bunch of really good moments. It just has that Asian need to explain every little thing in the longest terms possible thing going, also the painted people should just have been nude. Getting paint all over couches is just gross. Also too many of the really bad guys were White, if you were just going by really rich it should have been more evenly spread around the world.

Also, I just got around to start watching The Midnight Sky. I knew the tweeeest so I was just looking for something mildy entertaining for a bit. The movie lost me when the shelter they were in just happened to sink in the middle of the frozen wastes the one night they spent in it, so that they lost all their shit. I understand the need for the hero's struggle and journey but come the fuck on, enough already. Way too much, and ruined it for me completely.

That one was fucking glorious, because I actually felt the brunette was hotter than Ana. Which is saying something, since Ana is a smokeshow. Only downside is that I'm pretty sure the brunette is/was married to Eli Roth.
