I looked into it and the book is based on the wife's account of the story. That's why we don't see him killing anyone or doing anything crazy. It's basically only the stuff she had first/second hand knowledge of at the time.
They did a few wonky things like not show her discovering parts of his kill kit to add suspense. Essentially they made it like we're supposed to go "oh man is he guilty or innocent!!? I dont know!!" but the audience in this case isn't stupid. Everyone knows what he did.
What's a good way to record movies off Netflix. currently I use the same software as if I were recording myself play a game. But there are issues with that.
Any word on that new Netflix movie "Rim of the World"
I haven't watched it, the trailer poped up on the opening page it looks kinda okay. But that's not anything to go by, they're good at hiding a shit movie behind a good trailer.
Plus it seems to center on a bunch of early teens, so that's a strong reason for my doubts.
Yeah, I kinda have a thing for end of the world scenario film / TV.
The whole 'what would you do?' question(s)
So the trailer thing showing what looks like a large scale Alien invasion grabbed my interest. I might still give it a watch when I feel like bad movie night.
One of the best parts of that great movie (and book) "The Road" is when Vigo asks the old man if he tried to prepare for it , and the old man says "What would you do? Even if you knew what to do you would not know what to do"
I like collapse style movies too, shame there are not that many good ones around.
i did a spit take when i saw the title on my netflix home page, thought i was on pornhub by accident
yeah, Rim of the world is not a Alien invasion movie really.Yeah, I kinda have a thing for end of the world scenario film / TV.

wally"WHat's Your Favorite Post Apocalypse/Dystopian Future Movie".
This is REALLY weird. It seems to be more of a romance movie, working under the assumption Ted was not guilty. Like tons of time is spent on Liz feeling guilty. But like no evidence against him is actually shown at any point. all interacts with police are shown as if Ted is being mistreated, poorly represented by lawyers, etc.Yeah, I think if I knew nothing about Bundy then I would have had a better opinion of this movie. I'd say it's like a 6/10. It glosses over a lot of the more interesting stuff (him throwing Liz off a raft into a river which almost directly leads to her giving his name to this cops, his 2nd escape which is basically fucking Shawshank, the fear created by his murders which is literally boogeyman shit).
