Explain why scaling is an issue, whats the magical cutoff point that prevents the US from being able to copy other countries policies that are obviously better than ours.

Canada, India, England, France, China, Egypt, Israel, and some other areas near each that were minitrips and honestly I can't recall 100% because it was like "Hey, lets do one day in Denmark while we're doing a week in France" type stuff when I was younger. Only have done targeted trips on my own (India/Israel/England).

And of course he'd need to explain why we couldn't just "scale" to a per state thing - after all states are roughly the same size as most of these countries (actually smaller for all but a few) and still have sovereignty when the 10th isn't being ignored.

Our system is due to have problems now that Indian and Pakistani doctors are starting to slow in coming here too... and "social programs" are a trickle of the funding we use as is, even in the nations that are "OMG SOCIALISMS" tier, we could match their expenses as a percentage of national expenses by halving our military budget and STILL have a military thrice the size of the next largest nation.

Funding shit is easy. Hell, just cut out some of the tax breaks to the Exxons and the like and you might be able to do it without even trimming the military.

PS - For someone who likes to refer to those places as "OMG FASCIST" isn't it odd that one of the most important things for a Facism to operate - a large military is what we have, not they?

Reminder: "socialist" healthcare systems cost a lot less than our current system, so why exactly is "running out of other people's money" a major concern for them?
