I suppose it could just be China and Russia playing the long game via infiltration at the highest levels going back 80+ years to fuck with the world's heads while they release balloons and swamp gas while abducting and experimenting on average Americans and tracking them with drone tech they've actually had for decades, and using their space manufactured "alien" implants for all these years, while killing anyone that lets the secret out and planting Bob Lazars that expose weaknesses in the American DoD/Mil bases and a dominating display of advanced capabilities of turning nukes on and off again for reasons.
