Feels like this could just be fucking lunatics messing around in the Argentinian countryside. Depends on how precise/surgical the injuries to the cattle are.

Given that supposedly a lot of UFO movement originates in the southern Atlantic, I'm surprised there aren't more UFO reports from Argentina. Or Angola / Namibia / South Africa for that matter.
