Apparently at 18 seconds, there are a ton of reposts of this stating that the lights are UFO's. In time lapse, these lights were abnormally long.

The camera is looking through a pane of glass at the erupting volcano. The "flashes" we're seeing are reflections from behind the camera. It's also sped up footage so it is misleading. You can clearly see a persons silhouette at the end of the video.
