That dumbass is coming from the other lanes, across the yellow lines. He's almost fully perpendicular in what looks like 70+ mile an hour traffic.

Jesus, I feel like overall people are getting worse at driving.

White SUV broke double yellow to cross into the carpool lane.

Biker is driving like traffic isn't slowing down around him. (A Safe assumption is that if traffic in surrounding lanes is visibly going slower, you should expect lane bombers (people driving slow merging without looking))

Sure, biker wasn't at fault but that doesn't mean much when you basically are sliding on asphalt / concrete.
