It's bad enough at someone trying to scam you, but now you gota sit there for a half hour as cops or paramedics or whoever shows up, takes statements. blahblahblah. Need a rule on the books that you can just drive off and email in the dashcam footage. You don't mail that in and/or it doesn't clear you, you take all the fleeing the scene consequences too. But when it's this damn obvious, fuck it, all the evidence needed, all charges dropped and charges instituted on the runner, if he lives.
