Right, you look at a bunch of conspiracy videos so that you can play devils advocate here and other forum venues. You are actually a NSA/FBI/CIA/TSA/NWO analyst, whose job is to keep track of these fringe cells. That would explain how you know what evidence the government has against the brothers. Unless you mean the evidence in the court of media and public opinion, to which hardly warrants a reply.
They were shot after multiple, alleged, felonies including agg assault and robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, evading arrest and endangering public safety. The police can use lethal force on the subjects if they were just holding the weapons, let alone shooting them at people/cops. This part of the case will not be some government secret, the evidence will be available for those crimes after the trial (or death of the defendant).
But, to answer the question, no you dont have to subscribe to the implications of the question.
Conspiracy theories and CAM (complementary and alternative medicine) whores love to play the "we are just being skeptics" card. If you aren't using the scientific method, you aren't being a skeptic. I have yet to see a evidence based conspiracy theory website. Doubt + paranoia = wild speculation; which can be just as dangerous as faith.
